Hydrophilic composite battery separator
Description
Introduction
Hydrophilic battery separator is a double-layer composite diaphragm which produced and processed by our company through self-developed technology and equipment. The world breakthrough of this diaphragm technology has undoubtedly played a huge role in promoting the commercialization of zinc-nickel batteries.
This hydrophilic composite diaphragm has the comprehensive advantages of strong liquid absorption, retention capacity and prevention of dendritic puncture. It can also be widely used in zinc-manganese rechargeable batteries, water-based lithium batteries, iron-nickel batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, zinc-silver batteries and other fields.
Features
1. PP dendrite prevention;
2. Resistance to puncture;
3. Strong diaphragm retention rate;
4. High temperature resistance, the diaphragm will not deform when stored at 85℃;
5. The battery prepared by it has long cycle life, low self-discharge and high capacity recovery rate
