The company held an activity of all staff making Zongzi on the afternoon of May 29. Employees from the sales department, financial department, administrative department, production department and other departments of the company actively participated in the activity. The scene is permeated with a strong festival atmosphere and warm cooperation.
In order to organize this event, colleagues from the administrative department went to Pangdong in advance to purchase glutinous rice, peanuts, red beans, honey dates, zongzi leaves and other items, and made necessary preparations such as soaking and cleaning in advance, fully ensuring the smooth progress of the event.
At 1:30 pm, everyone arrived at the event venue one after another. Experienced “skillful” employees take the initiative to serve as guidance teachers, patiently and meticulously explaining and demonstrating from leaf folding, rice filling, material addition to compaction and bundling. Newcomers are enthusiastic, learning and doing at the same time. The caution when folding leaves, the focus and seriousness when tying threads, and the joy and excitement after successfully completing them all become the most touching scenery on the event site. Everyone exchanged skills with each other, shared the Dragon Boat Festival customs of their respective hometowns, and had a great time. Colleagues in different positions worked together to bring them closer, and the tacit cooperation quietly heated up.
Some of the Zongzi wrapped by the employees themselves are cooked by the chefs, so that the on-site colleagues can enjoy them first, and the others are packaged separately and distributed to each employee of the company.
